JR Training Systems Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the program (the "Service") operated by JR Training Systems.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Exercise Waiver

By participating in the exercise program provided by JR Training Systems ("the Company"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Medical Risks and Clearance:

    • I have been informed of the medical risks associated with exercise.

    • If advised by the PAR-Q, I confirm I have consulted my personal physician and have been cleared for physical activity.

  2. Assumption of Risk:

    • I understand the potential risks of injury inherent in activities such as jumping, weightlifting, and other physical exercises.

    • I will immediately notify the Company if I experience pain, discomfort, injury, or illness that could impact my participation.

  3. Waiver of Liability:

    • I voluntarily waive and release the Company and its representatives ("JRTS Parties") from all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from my participation.

    • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the JRTS Parties against any claims resulting from my participation.

  4. Acknowledgment:

    • I provide this waiver to induce the Company to allow my participation in the program.

Private Training Policies

Commitment & Payment

  1. Initial Commitment:

    • A 6-month commitment is required, with payment due prior to the start of the Service.

  2. Recurring Payments:

    • After the initial 6-month period, payment can be made monthly or for another 6-month period. Invoices are due upon receipt.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • All services are non-refundable.

  4. Trial Period:

    • The fee schedule does not apply during a trial. Upon completion of the trial, clients are automatically enrolled in a 6-month commitment unless otherwise communicated.

Additional Terms

Session Rescheduling and Cancellation:

 

  1. Notice Period:

    • Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance and are to be rescheduled within the billing month.

    • Sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will be considered completed.

  2. Unused Sessions:

    • Sessions cancelled outside the 24-hour window can be used later within the same month.

    • Sessions cannot be carried over to the next month.

Payment Terms:

 

  1. Payments must be made prior to sessions.

  2. Late fees apply as follows:

    • 7 days overdue: $50 late fee.

    • 14 days overdue: $100 late fee.

 

Late Arrival:

 

  1. Notify the Company if you are running late.

  2. Sessions without notification after 15 minutes will be considered completed.

  3. Late arrivals will use the remaining session time, with unused time not being rescheduled or credited.

Contract Cancellation:

  1. Notice Requirement:

    • A 30-day notice is required for cancellation.

    • Example: If billed on the 17th and you wish to cancel by May 17th, notify us by April 17th.

  2. Cancellation During Initial Period:

    • If cancelling within the initial 6-month commitment, a 30-day notice is still required.

    • Failure to give notice will result in billing for one month of your session frequency (e.g., 3 days per week = 12 sessions).


Cancellation Policy

  1. How to Cancel:

    • Cancellation must be communicated via phone call or text message.

  2. Auto-Pay:

    • Contracts are set up on auto-pay and billed monthly unless a different term was agreed upon at the start of the commitment.

    • After the initial commitment, cancellation must follow the 30-day notice guideline.

  3. Exceptions:

    • Exceptions may be granted for family or health emergencies.

  4. Short-Term Programs:

    • Clients in short-term programs (e.g., 3 VIP Sessions, 30-Day, or 6-Week Programs) are not required to make a 6-month commitment.

(Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire for People Ages 15-69)

Regular physical activity is fun and healthy, and increasingly more people are starting to become more active everyday. Being more active is very safe for most people. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active. If you are planning to become much more physically active than you are now, start by answering the seven questions in the box below. If you are between the ages of 15 and 69, the PAR-Q will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start. If you are over the age of 69 and you are not used to being very active, check with your doctor. Common sense is your best guide when you answer these questions. Please read the questions carefully and answer each one honestly, Check YES or NO.
